Job Description:

      We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Support Specialist to join our team at NEC Software Solutions. This role is a fantastic opportunity to work with our 3,000+ employees who are helping to dispatch ambulances, support families, keep trains on the move, locate missing people, and even test the hearing of newborn babies.

Key Responsibilities:

      * Provide professional support to applicants and customers via online, telephone, and postal applications.
      * Act as the first point of contact for applicants and system administrator for the NEC system to allow applications to be input and processed.
      * Process applications, queries, and payments using the computerised NEC interface, ensuring professionalism in gathering data, sufficient and accurate data recording, and timely recording.

Requirements:
  • Experience of contact / processing centre working.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Knowledge of service centre processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and written skills with the ability to work confidently with customers and internal colleagues.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding operational targets.
