Logistics Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our Sales and Operations team at Omega Resource Group Careers.

This role is critical to the fulfillment of both UK and International orders, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate scanning and uploading of paperwork to our system.
  • Generate international parcel labels via courier portals and update spreadsheets for invoicing.
  • Arrange collections for customer returns and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Raise claims with couriers for missing or damaged parcels and pallets.
  • Clear transport emails daily to ensure all courier notifications are filed.
  • Update the supply chain calendar for collections and deliveries coming in and out of the warehouse.
  • Assist with transport requests as needed and communicate with international logistics partners daily to ensure up-to-date tracking information.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
