Cotswold Energy Group is a leading supplier of renewable energy solutions, including; Air Source and Ground Source Heat Pumps, Heating Design and Energy Consultancy. **Previous experience in the energy sector is not necessary and full training will be provided.**

**About the role**:
To support the domestic operations team, overseeing day-to-day administration and execution of processes within operations. This role encompasses a range of operations-related administrative tasks including:

- Customer service
- answering customer calls and queries; diverting calls to relevant teams.
- Collating and gathering all paperwork evidence needed for PV installations.
- Communicating with warehouse team and logistics.
- Purchasing
- all costs to be correctly recorded, ensuring all kit needed for upcoming jobs; ordering uniform; any other ad hoc requests.
- Process management
- Relevant regulatory procedures followed in line with agreed requirements.
- Salesforce: managing data; making sure the stages are correct; raising Purchase Orders.
- Ensure effective day to day running of the business by providing ad-hoc support to the operational needs of the business.
- Liaising with suppliers to book plant, scaffolding and any other on hire items needed for jobs.

**Position Requirements**

This role would suit a University graduate looking for a career in a fast-paced operations role with training opportunities available. We will endeavour to get back to all applicants, but this is not always possible due to the volume of applicants we receive.
