  • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and processing client records, issuing documentation, invoicing, and handling client payments.
  • Liaising with clients and insurers to resolve queries, including claims issues and processing mid-term adjustments.
  • Monitoring aged debt, resolving underwriter account settlement queries, and administration of the renewal diary for more experienced candidates.

Requirements: A Cert CII qualification would be highly beneficial but not essential. Study support will be offered if desired. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Flexible working hours available, full or part-time position depending on the needs of the successful candidate.
