About the Role:
Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Class Instructor to join our team. As a Fitness Class Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness classes to our members, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging fitness classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and abilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming environment for all members
- Manage class bookings and registrations efficiently
- Assist in the development of safe and effective programming
- Champion health and safety policies and procedures
- Undertake administrative tasks associated with the position
Requirements:
- REPS/CIMSPA level 2 qualified and registered
- Relevant and specific qualification for your chosen discipline
- Experience of delivering classes in a comparable role
- Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
