We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Class Instructor to join our team at Fusion Lifestyle.

As a Fitness Class Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality group fitness classes to our members, including Les Mills programs such as Body Pump and Body Balance. You will also be required to design and deliver classes that cater to the individual needs and abilities of our members.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver group fitness classes to our members, including Les Mills programs such as Body Pump and Body Balance.
  • Design and deliver classes that cater to the individual needs and abilities of our members.
  • Collect and manage class registers to ensure bookings are managed effectively.
  • Ensure the efficient and effective operation of sessions, including equipment set-up and take-down.
  • Assist in the development of safe and effective programming through innovative ideas and initiatives.
  • Champion health and safety policies and procedures within the team.
  • Undertake all administrative tasks associated with the position.

Requirements:

  • REPS/CIMSPA level 2 qualified and registered.
  • Relevant and specific qualification for your chosen discipline.
  • Experience of delivering classes in a comparable role.
  • Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation and the ability to exercise these in the workplace.
  • Excellent communication skills, including listening, questioning and delivering effective feedback.
  • The ability to motivate and inspire others to do better.
  • Good numerical and written skills.
  • Ability to deliver first-class customer service to a diverse client base.
