Fitness Class Instructor - Aquafit

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Class Instructor to join our team at Fusion Lifestyle. As an Aquafit Instructor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality fitness classes that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and instruct fitness classes in a safe and effective manner
  • Develop and implement new class programs and formats
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all participants
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in fitness instruction

Requirements:

  • REPS/CIMSPA (Fitness / Exercise to music) level 2 qualified and registered
  • Relevant and specific qualification for your chosen discipline
  • Experience of delivering classes in a comparable role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
