Fitness Class Instructor Opportunity at Fusion Lifestyle

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Class Instructor to join our team at Fusion Lifestyle. As a Fitness Class Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness classes to our members, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging fitness classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and interests
  • Lead group fitness classes, providing clear instructions and demonstrations
  • Monitor participant safety and provide feedback and guidance as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized workout environment
  • Collaborate with other fitness professionals to develop and implement new class programs
Requirements:
  • REPS/CIMSPA (Fitness / Exercise to music) level 2 qualification and registration
  • Relevant experience in group fitness instruction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
