About the Role

The Opportunity Hub UK is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and information flow. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate contact lists.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including filing systems management, supply ordering, and travel arrangement preparation. Assist with meetings by taking minutes and distributing agendas.
  • Project Support: Offer research, data analysis, and administrative support for assigned projects. Create presentations and reports as needed, ensuring timely completion.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience as an Administrative Support Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with clarity and conciseness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a positive attitude and a can-do spirit.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
