About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Collections Advisor to join our team at Frasers Group. As a Collections Advisor, you will play a crucial role in reviewing accounts and contacting customers who have missed payments to discuss available financial options.
Key Responsibilities
- Review accounts and identify customers who require contact
- Communicate with customers to discuss payment options and provide support
- Work within company guidelines to maintain high standards and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Experience in a financial services or customer service environment (desirable)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- High attention to detail and ability to work accurately
