About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Collections Advisor to join our team at Frasers Group Financial Services. As a Collections Advisor, you will play a crucial role in reviewing accounts and contacting customers who have missed payments to discuss available financial options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review accounts and identify customers who require support
