Collections Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Collections Advisor to join our team at Frasers Group Financial Services. As a Collections Advisor, you will play a crucial role in reviewing accounts and contacting customers who have missed payments to discuss available financial options.
Key Responsibilities
- Build rapport with customers to understand their situation and offer support to minimize arrears
- Work within company guidelines to maintain high standards and provide the best possible outcome for customers
- Develop strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and resolve issues
- Meet KPIs to increase salary and progress in your career
Requirements
- Experience in a Financial Service or Customer Service environment (beneficial but not essential)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team
