Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Specialist to join our team at AWD online. As a key member of our housing association, you will be responsible for delivering excellent property management services.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Oxford, Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will have previous experience in property management and problem-solving for residents and understanding their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate rented accommodation to applicants, including issuing tenancy paperwork and managing void units.
  • Participate in the end of tenancy process, including processing notices to vacate and arranging rent refunds as appropriate.
  • Resolve and investigate complaints and issues raised by residents and provide advice and guidance.
  • Carry out regular estate and property inspections and ensure accurate records are maintained.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience of working in property management.
  • A good level of IT knowledge, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • An ability to compile and write reports.
  • Education to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*- C).
