The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, providing administrative support to Property Managers, and handling various tasks related to property maintenance and client communication.

The key responsibilities include:
  • Managing all aspects of property administration
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for tenants, contractors, and landlords
  • Preparing and inspecting properties before tenancies start
  • Conducting regular check-ins, checkouts, and inspections
  • Processing administrative tasks following on-site appointments
  • Maintaining accurate records of rent payments and ensuring timely payment
  • Responding promptly to maintenance issues and communicating with relevant parties
  • Collaborating seamlessly with internal teams and divisions
  • Ensuring compliance with current legislation and regulations
  • Managing own schedule while considering team needs
