We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our award-winning Estate Agency client in their East Oxford office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for proactive and outgoing administrators to progress their career in a client-focused role, delivering exceptional customer service and attention to detail while upselling skills. As a successful Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing designated groups of clients with property management services encompassing renewals, repairs, deposits, and lettings accounts.
  • Handling enquiries efficiently and ensuring they align with agreed service standards.
  • Following procedures/process maps to meet key time scales.
  • Investigating/resolving queries and problems, advising/recommending courses of action on property issues.
  • Liaising with third-party suppliers to arrange works to be undertaken.
  • Developing strong relationships with key Clients and treating them as individuals.
  • Liaising/negotiating between Landlords and Tenants.
  • Maintaining up-to-date information and keeping relevant parties informed about progress, particularly regarding client issues/complaints.
  • Taking appropriate action to pre-empt complaints, investigating, and resolving them.
  • Promoting additional services and meeting third-party referral targets.
  • Applying knowledge of legal requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Previous Estate Agency and customer services experience.
  • A target-driven mindset with demonstrable evidence of achievements.
  • Motivation and enthusiasm.
  • High standards of service and presentation.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • A full driving license, own car, and business insurance.
