The Role

This exciting role involves overseeing all aspects of our School Swimming program, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering strong relationships with our external partners.

You'll work closely with the Swim School Manager to drive success, develop positive working relationships, and maintain high standards across the board.

What You'll Need

  • A recognized ASA (Level 2) Swimming Teacher Certificate
  • Proven experience in swim school coordination or management
  • Exceptional problem-solving, customer service, and staff management skills
  • Experience with courses and bookings management software (e.g., On Course/Course Pro)
  • A keen understanding of staff training and development requirements
  • A deep awareness of industry developments, trends, and research
  • Commercial acumen to contribute to a financially viable operation
  • A passion for continuous professional development
  • Flexibility, autonomy, and decision-making confidence
  • Excellent communication skills with empathy and assertiveness
