We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Lead to join our team in Kent, UK. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects and will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams, managing NEC4 / NR / FIDIC contracts, and working closely with clients to deliver successful outcomes.

The role offers a competitive salary of £100,000 - £140,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including pension, private healthcare, and flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project management plans to meet client requirements
  • Manage NEC4 / NR / FIDIC contracts and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Lead project delivery teams to achieve successful outcomes for clients
  • Mentor and advise junior staff to support their professional development
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our business through knowledge sharing and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Professional institution membership (APM, RICS, ICE, etc) or evidence of working towards a recognised qualification
  • Experience gained on UK civil engineering / construction projects
  • Good technical writing, client-facing, and effective communication skills
  • Ability to become Security Cleared and have current UK work rights
