We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Project Lead to join our team in Kent. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex construction projects with budgets exceeding £100m.

As an experienced Project Manager, you will have a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes for clients in the UK infrastructure sector. Your expertise in NEC4 / NR / FIDIC contracts will enable you to navigate complex contract negotiations and ensure timely project completion.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills. You will also have experience working with multidisciplinary teams, including commercial, programme controls, engineering, and others.

In addition to your technical skills, you should be well-organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined, and commercially astute. A strong understanding of security clearance procedures is essential, and you must have current UK work rights.

Our competitive benefits package includes a salary range of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus pension, private healthcare, flexible working, 25 days' holiday, and more.
