We are seeking a skilled MEP Planner to join our team and contribute to the delivery of ambitious infrastructure projects.

About the Role

As an MEP Planner at Infraspec, you will be responsible for overseeing project schedules and ensuring timely completion of infrastructure projects valued up to £50m. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring progress, creating recovery plans, providing technical support on Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS), and Resource Loading.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment across all teams.
  • Monitor critical activities, assess risks, and make adjustments to the schedule as needed.
  • Review contractor schedules, track progress, and provide recommendations.
  • Manage contract programme assessments, delay analyses, and compensation events.
  • Prepare detailed reports on scheduling, staffing, and project metrics.

About You

  • A degree or post-graduate qualification in construction or a related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience as a planner on projects over £10m.
  • Proficiency in Primavera (P6) and MS Excel.
  • Experience in live operational infrastructure environments is desirable.
  • A strong understanding of NEC contracts and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability and resilience to manage change effectively.
