Senior Rail Infrastructure Manager

Established in Kent, Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking an accomplished Senior Rail Infrastructure Manager to take charge of rail infrastructure projects from inception to completion. With a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards, this role demands exceptional leadership and commercial cost control skills. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Network Rail standards and procedures as well as relevant codes of practice.
About the Role- Initiate and plan complex rail infrastructure projects
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Maintain adherence to risk management protocols, ensuring the health and safety of teams
- Cultivate and manage high-performing teams
Desirable qualifications include PTS, SMSTS, SSSTS, IOSH, NEBOSH, TWC, and First Aid certification. Proven experience in project management within the railway or civil engineering sectors is essential, along with professional certifications such as PRINCE2 or equivalent. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also crucial for success in this position.
