As a key member of our team at Construction Professionals Recruitment, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise closely with clients, contractors, developers, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and needs.
  • Advise clients on procurement routes and provide general contract advice to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections to monitor progress, identify defects, and report on site matters.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Coordinating project management activities, including chairing and minuting meetings.
  • Undertaking due diligence investigations, surveys, and other pre-contract requirements.
  • Preparing tender reports, value for money reports, and other project-related documents.

We are seeking an experienced professional who can hit the ground running and make a significant contribution to our team. If you have a strong background in construction project coordination, building procurement, or surveying and contract services, we would love to hear from you

Estimated salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
