Reed Property & Construction is seeking a skilled Senior Estimator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in estimating, specifically on residential projects, located in North Kent, UK.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus bonus.

About the Role

As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing detailed bills of quantities, conducting accurate take offs from drawings and specifications, and developing comprehensive tender documents. You will also manage the submission process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of tenders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed bills of quantities for residential projects
  • Conduct accurate take offs from drawings and specifications
  • Develop comprehensive tender documents
  • Manage the submission process

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on residential projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
  • Proficiency in estimating software and tools
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
