**Job Title:** Defect Management Coordinator

**Company Overview:** Construction Professionals Recruitment is a leading provider of recruitment services to the construction industry. We are currently seeking a skilled Defect Management Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing defects and ensuring that they are rectified efficiently. You will work closely with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure that all parties are aware of defect status and resolution plans.

**Salary:** £30,000 - £33,000 per annum

**Job Description:** The successful candidate will have experience of working with KPIs and Service Level Agreements. You will also need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Additionally, you will be required to be proactive and self-motivated, with a keen interest in ongoing professional development.

**Benefits:** We offer a competitive salary, discretionary bonus incentive, pension contributions, private medical insurance, 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays), and three-four days during Christmas period (at Directors' discretion).
