Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Lead to join our team in Kent. This is a contract opportunity based onsite, where you will lead the delivery of complex construction projects worth over £100m. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will work closely with clients and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering high-value projects within the UK infrastructure sector. You should possess strong technical writing skills, be commercially astute, and able to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £80,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including pension, private healthcare, and flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of complex construction projects worth over £100m
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful project outcomes
  • Develop and implement robust baseline plans to ensure client objectives are met
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to identify solutions to project requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional institution membership (APM, RICS, ICE, etc)
  • Project Management experience gained on UK civil engineering or construction projects
  • Good technical writing and client-facing communication skills
  • Commercially astute and able to develop effective solutions
