Job Overview

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an exceptional Adult Clinical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our adult clinical services and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.

In this role, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote best practice and improve patient outcomes. You will also provide coaching and guidance to staff to support their professional development and well-being.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult mental health, excellent leadership and management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. A competitive salary of approximately £62,000 per annum, plus benefits, will be offered to the successful candidate.
