About the Role


We are Inscape Interiors Ltd, consultants, manufacturers, and installers of building interiors for sectors with particular demands. Our services are accessed by organisations, construction firms, main contractors, and architects within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, hotels, and leisure, among others.

Key Responsibilities


Develop and maintain existing and new relationships with customers

Negotiate projects and secure sales

Take and undertake calls from customers

Communicate with other members of the team and other departments

Organise and file specific paperwork

Print and distribute internal communication and paperwork

Set up new customers within the company computer system

Log and manage conversations within the one diary system

Requirements


Be discrete and trustworthy (occasionally being party to confidential information)

Flexible and adaptable

A good verbal and written communicator

Organised with the ability to multi-task

Tactful and diplomatic

Work well under pressure
