About the Position
We are seeking a Commercial Services Director to lead our Site Evaluation & Restoration (SER) business unit. As a key member of our global network, you will be responsible for guiding a team of up to 300 colleagues in delivering £25M pa across all sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a diverse team of senior specialists, ensuring they have the necessary skills to deliver programme objectives.
  • IDentify and target clients through service excellence, driving organic revenue growth in the business unit.
  • Coach and mentor team leaders to set projects up for success and adhere to governance processes.
  • Lead talent identification and development, promoting career progression and directing individuals to suitable programmes.
  • Make decisions on resource utilisation, maintaining the integrity of the unit composition and pyramid management structure.
  • Identify and manage risk in service delivery, ensuring compliance with governance processes.
  • Maintain an understanding of clients and market trends to identify key opportunities.
  • Work at a senior level with diverse stakeholders, building effective client relationships and establishing a strong internal and external network.
  • Demonstrate first-class communication, interpersonal, relationship building, collaboration, and influencing skills.

Salary Information: Estimated salary is around £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
