**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Midas. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing retail fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Coordinate with management to align work schedules with showroom activities
* Oversee seasonal maintenance and small showroom projects
* Control operational and commercial aspects of showroom projects
* Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resources
* Regularly report project status to leadership and update all parties on progress
* Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for smooth project execution
* Manage budgets, subcontractors, and the tender process to maximize efficiency
* Optimize showroom displays, ensuring accurate data and compliance with H&S standards before opening

**Requirements**

* Experience of overseeing retail fit-out projects
* Ability to build strong relationships with third parties and subcontractors
* Relevant project-based qualification (Prince2, AMP) is desirable, but not essential
