Job Title: Project Administrator/data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Administrator/data Analyst to join our team at MBDA. As a key member of our Project Control function, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including Gantt charts and critical path analysis.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in project administration or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp.
