About the Role

Adele Carr Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Market Insight Analyst to join our team. As a Market Insight Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by leveraging analytical skills and strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Analyze large complex data sets to identify trends and create effective strategies.
  • Business Predictions: Conclude data and create business predictions to inform decision-making processes.
  • Business Performance Analysis: Analyze businesses/branch performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Market Research: Research and analyze future acquisitions to identify potential opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Actively study market conditions to examine potential sales of products or services.
  • Strategic Planning: Work on strategies and plans for change/transformation to drive business growth.
  • Reporting: Write reports and present findings to Key Stakeholders.
  • Data Pattern Identification: Review data sources to identify patterns and make recommendations based on findings.
  • Strategy Development: Turn predictions into a strategy plan, identifying areas for growth and resolving issues.
  • Competitor Analysis: Identify industry competitors, analyze their market, and identify recommendations moving forward.
  • Corporate Strategy Development: Work closely with senior executives to develop corporate strategy and ensure all business activities are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, Maths, Economics, or a related field.
  • Investment and Acquisition Knowledge: Investment and acquisition knowledge is essential for this role.
  • Consultancy Background: A background in consultancy is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to present findings to Key stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis Skills: The ability to draw conclusions from data and create business predictions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Be able to create out-of-the-box ideas for simple tasks.
  • Organizational Skills: Extremely organized.
  • Project Management Skills: Comfortable at handling cross-functional projects.
