Job Title: HR Systems and Data Analyst

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Job Summary:

The Outcomes First Group is seeking a highly skilled HR Systems and Data Analyst to join our People Services team. As the first point of contact for all People System and Data related enquiries, you will provide efficient and comprehensive System administration support and produce people matrix reports as and when required by the People and Data System Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ad hoc Reports using Insights Reporting Tools
  • Impact analysis, updating of documentation, implementation and communication of System changes
  • Completion of all mandatory training to be successful in role
  • Support in the maintenance of data accuracy across all Systems
  • System testing in UAT and live environments
  • Monitoring ticket themes to identify reoccurring issues and implement new processes and solutions
  • Assist in project works, e.g., System implementation projects, including project meetings and completion of project tasks.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in working with HR Systems and Data
  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft packages, e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
