About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Systems and Data Analyst to join our team at Pick for Britain. As a key member of our People Services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient administration of our HR systems and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive system administration support and produce people matrix reports as required by the People and Data System Manager.
  • Ensure thorough administration of the HR systems and data, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
  • Manage system change controls via change request forms from stakeholders across the business.
  • Impact analysis, updating of documentation, implementation, and communication of system changes.
  • Effective diary management, attendance, and participation in team meetings as required.
  • Completion of all mandatory training to be successful in the role.
  • Assist the wider People Administration Team, particularly during busy periods or to cover periods of leave.
  • Support in the maintenance of data accuracy across all systems.
  • System testing in UAT and live environments.
  • Ensure all system user materials are maintained, regularly updated, and communicated across the business.
  • Monitoring ticket themes, to identify reoccurring issues and implement new processes and solutions.
  • Assist in project works, e.g., system implementation projects, including project meetings and completion of project tasks.
  • Deliver system training to operational colleagues.
Standard Responsibilities
  • Participate in an annual performance review programme.
  • Work in accordance with the policies and procedures of the organization and statutory regulations.
  • Observe strict rules of confidentiality appropriate to the post.
  • Comply with Health and Safety Regulations to ensure wellbeing.
  • Work in accordance with safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Proficient systems analyst or similar role.
  • Experienced in working with HR systems and data.
  • Organizational skills and abilities in managing a range of tasks with strict deadlines.
  • Communication skills, oral and written.
  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft packages, e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Attentive and accurate to detail.
  • Effective team player, capable of covering and supporting other team members.
  • Works collaboratively.
