**Job Summary**

Norfolk County Council is seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our Alternative Education Service as a Senior Education Provision Officer. This is a temporary contract for 12 months, working full-time 37 hours per week.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for commissioning high-quality education packages for children who are not receiving a full-time education. The role involves line management, leading on area development, case work, and identifying offsite educational packages for primary, secondary, and students with SEND.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience and qualifications in education or related fields, with knowledge of children's and pupils' needs. They will be able to plan high-quality education packages and demonstrate tenacity and determination to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people.
