Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step.

The ideal candidate will have experience in client-facing payroll, preferably within a practice environment, and knowledge of HMRC legislation and Pension Auto Enrolment.

  • Manage the entire payroll process from start to finish, including RTI filing, pension uploads, and generating reports for payments and third-party entities.
  • Ensure planning processes meet client needs and statutory deadlines.
  • Review team files to ensure all standards, quality and compliance requirements are met and issues identified.
  • Give feedback on the quality and standard of work produced by junior team members and highlight areas for development.

Salary and Benefits
