Job Requirements

In this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of dementia care principles. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of care strategies, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, social work)
  • Leadership experience in healthcare or social care
  • Strong understanding of dementia care principles

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience
