About the RoleThis exciting opportunity requires a highly skilled and experienced individual who can provide expert clinical guidance and supervision to team members. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing tailored care plans, and collaborating with external agencies to ensure seamless care coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage lower-banded staff.
- Develop and implement effective care plans that address individual needs.
- Collaborate with external agencies to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to professional codes of conduct.
- A competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
