Your Role in Our Transformation
  • Deliver Transformation: Lead the Corporate Programme Management function, ensuring effective support, oversight, and delivery of the Council's ambitious transformation agenda.
  • Shape Policy: Craft strategies that are evidence-based, aligned with best practices, and embedded into our Strategic Council Plan and other key business plans.
  • Boost Performance: Deliver on our promises, overseeing the Performance Management Framework and ensuring a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Amplify Communications: Engage effectively with the people of Nottingham, ensuring that citizens' voices shape our decisions.
