About the Role
We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as Assistant Chief Executive, leading the Policy, Performance, and Communications Division. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our ambitious transformation agenda.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Transformation: Lead the Corporate Programme Management function, ensuring effective support, oversight, and delivery of our transformation agenda.
- Shape Policy: Craft strategies that are evidence-based, aligned with best practices, and embedded into our Strategic Council Plan and other key business plans.
- Boost Performance: Oversee the Performance Management Framework and ensure a culture of continuous improvement, driving better outcomes for Nottingham's citizens.
