Lead Nottingham's Transformation as Assistant Chief Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as Assistant Chief Executive, leading the Policy, Performance, and Communications Division. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our ambitious transformation agenda.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Transformation: You will lead the Corporate Programme Management function, ensuring effective support, oversight, and delivery of our transformation agenda.
  • Shape Policy: You will lead the way in crafting strategies that are evidence-based, aligned with best practices, and embedded into our Strategic Council Plan and other key business plans.
  • Boost Performance: You'll lead the charge in delivering on our promises, overseeing the Performance Management Framework, and ensuring a culture of continuous improvement.
