Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Territory Executive to drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities in the timber industry. This role involves managing existing customer relationships, identifying new revenue streams, and effectively growing our sales territory.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and buying groups, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently exceed annual sales targets and key performance milestones, demonstrating a strong ability to meet and exceed goals.
  • Territory Growth: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding our presence in the timber industry and increasing sales revenue.
  • Sales Process and CRM: Effectively manage the sales process and maintain a high level of customer engagement through our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a Sales Manager or similar role is essential for this position.
  • Background: A background in selling timber or building products is highly desirable.
  • Ideal Experience: Ideal experience selling timber products into the builders' merchant sector would be an asset.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and additional compensation packages.
