At Philosophy Education, we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to fill the role of Mental Health Support Specialist.

About the Position

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of child mental health and the ability to support pupils with behavioural and mental health needs in primary and special educational needs (SEN) schools.

Your Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the school's SENCO and senior management team, as well as outside agencies, including therapists, healthcare professionals, and child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS).
  • Support pupils on a one-to-one basis, developing strong relationships to enhance their learning and wellbeing.

We offer training in suitable interventions and approaches. The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 per annum.
