Lead Nurse in Integrated Care

The post holder will be required to:
- Ensure the delivery of key service targets and priorities in a safe, sustainable, and effective environment.
- Assist in the modernisation and delivery of seamless services as part of the Primary and Community Services Team.
- Work closely with and actively support the ISH Operational Managers and Lead Nurse to ensure high-quality nursing care and effective service delivery.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Relevant degree or diploma qualification.
- Experience working in a similar capacity or related field.
- Awareness of sexual health principles and practices.
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
