Job Description

We are delighted to be partnering with a leading not-for-profit organization as they seek to recruit a Financial Administrator to join their team.

This role has become available due to an internal promotion, and within this role, you will report into the Senior Financial Accountant.

This role is perfect for someone who wants flexible and hybrid working. You will be required to be in the office 3 days per week during probation and after passing, once per week.

As the incoming Financial Administrator, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

  • Creating and managing new suppliers
  • Processing payment runs
  • Processing employee and company expenses
  • Assisting with processing supplier statements
  • Assisting with year-end audit
  • Additional ad-hoc duties as required

As the successful candidate, you will have some prior experience working within a finance role, and ideally be studying your AAT or equivalent qualification.

You will also have experience using finance systems and Excel.

Other attributes you will possess include:

  • Keen to learn and develop further
