Are you a recent graduate looking for a rewarding career in special education? Academics Ltd, a specialist school in Wheatley, is seeking an Autism/SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team.

In this role, you will work with students aged 3-11 who require additional support due to their Autism and learning disabilities. Your responsibilities will include providing emotional and mental health support, helping pupils reach academic milestones, and managing challenging behaviour.

A key aspect of this role is collaboration with teachers, support staff, and multi-therapy teams to develop positive behaviour strategies and improve communication skills. You will have the opportunity to work alongside therapists and psychologists, gaining experience in special needs, neurodiversity, and mental health difficulties.

We are offering a competitive salary of £80-£90 per day for a full-time position in Wheatley. This is a great opportunity for graduates in psychology or criminology to gain valuable experience and build their careers.

Responsibilities include:
