Job Title: Primary Education Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Primary Education Specialist to join Class Act Teaching Services at a reputable Primary School in Oxford. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 (KS2) curriculum and be able to teach a mixed Year 3/4 class.

The school has been rated Good under the Ofsted ratings and strives to be inclusive, providing a nurturing environment that allows each child to make a difference. Our students come from diverse backgrounds and include those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) who are supported by a Teaching Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of the class.
  • Monitor, assess, and report on student progress regularly.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized classroom environment with accessible resources.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the classroom and throughout the school.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teaching Status (QTS).
  • Recent mainstream school-based experience teaching in a Primary School.
  • Strong classroom and behavior management skills.
  • Desirable experience working with students with SEND.

Salary: £40,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position.
