SEN Learning Specialist

As an SEN Learning Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs to achieve their full potential.
Salary DetailsThe estimated salary for this position is £30 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized learning plans for students with SEN
- Deliver interactive lessons to promote student engagement and understanding
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
Requirements:
- Holding Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Possessing a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Experience in supporting students with additional needs
- Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to adapt instruction to meet diverse learning requirements
- Exhibiting strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Displaying empathy and patience when working with students who have SEN
