Sen Administrator

A school in Enfield is looking for an experienced SEN and Safeguarding Administrator to join their team on a full time basis to start ASAP. This is a full time role working term time only plus 3 weeks, Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
This is a large, successful and oversubscribed all-through school located in Enfield. The school aspires for all students to have the academic knowledge necessary to enable them to succeed in their futures, for students to have a love of learning and curiosity about the world, and for them to be polite, well-mannered young people who take responsibility for their choices and drive their own destinies.
**About the role**:
The role involves working closely with the Head of Inclusion and Inclusion Team to ensure efficient administration of SEN records, updating the SEN register and collating reports, updating student records and ensuring the school’s annual reviews of ECHPs is correctly administered. You will liaise with parents/carers and external agencies to prepare correspondence, coordinate meetings and annual reviews, taking and distributing minutes and reports.
The role also involves supporting the Designated Safeguarding Lead one day a week with ensuring that all safeguarding information and documentation is correctly updated, recorded and filed and that safeguarding procedures are correctly administered.
The school is looking for a proactive and efficient administrator with prior experience working in a primary or secondary school setting.
