Job Description:
The SEN School Administrator - Support Role is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and organized individual to join our team. As a member of our support staff, you will provide administrative support to the SEN team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the school. This may include tasks such as preparing lesson plans, maintaining records, and coordinating events. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with complex needs and disabilities.

About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an SEN School Administrator - Support Role. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the SEN team, working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the SEN team
- Prepare lesson plans, maintain records, and coordinate events

- Happy to carry out personal care including changing and hoists
