**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a SEN School Administrator. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and have a strong desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.

In this role, you will be working closely with the SEN department to provide support to students who require additional assistance. Your duties will include providing one-on-one tuition, supporting small groups, and helping to organize teaching and learning resources.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support students with varying abilities in-class, one-on-one, or in small groups
  • Assist in organizing teaching and learning resources
  • Work closely with the SEN department to provide additional support to students

**Required Qualifications and Experience:**

  • A Level English, Maths, or Science at C or above
  • 12 months experience of working as an SEN teaching assistant or Academic Mentor with Disability, Dyslexia, ASD, ADHD, MLD (essential)
  • A keen interest in the education sector

**Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
