Lead KS2 Teacher Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead KS2 Teacher to join Class Act Teaching Services at a reputable Primary School in Oxford. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership presence and be able to develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for a mixed Year 3/4 class.
The school aims to provide a supportive and inclusive environment that allows each child to thrive. Our students come from diverse backgrounds and include those with SEND who are supported by a Teaching Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a mixed Year 3/4 class until the end of the academic year.
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of the class.
- Maintain a well-organized classroom environment with accessible resources.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Qualified Teaching Status (QTS).
- Recent mainstream school-based experience teaching in a Primary School.
- Strong leadership and classroom management skills.
- Desirable experience working with students with SEND.
Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
